These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and rss777 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the website located at https://rss777.cam and all associated services, games, betting markets and features made available through it.

rss777 reserves the right to request evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility criteria are not met or cannot be verified to rss777's reasonable satisfaction.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on government-issued identification.
• A valid date of birth confirming you meet the minimum age requirement.
• A valid and active email address to which you have sole access.
• A residential address (city and country of residence at minimum).
• A secure password of your own choosing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials. rss777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify rss777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

In line with responsible platform operations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, rss777 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed and, in certain circumstances, at other stages of the account lifecycle.

Acceptable KYC documentation includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID such as a national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement or official government correspondence no more than three months old, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits, where applicable.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality, temporary Account restriction or permanent Account closure. Any real-money balance will be returned to the User following satisfactory verification of identity, subject to AML review.

All funds deposited into your rss777 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

6.1 Deposits

6.2 Withdrawals

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of the offer, which take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict in scope.

General bonus conditions applicable across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. rss777 reserves the right to restrict promotional access to specific user segments or exclude Users from promotions entirely.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within any applicable time window. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without replacement.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time, subject to applicable conditions; Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the rss777 platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games outside of normal manual play.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors or pricing mistakes to generate profit, whether or not the error is subsequently identified.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed to circumvent risk across multiple platforms.
• Collusion with other players or with any third party to manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to launder proceeds of crime through the Platform or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.

• Using another person's payment method to fund your Account without that person's explicit consent (and even with consent, the use of third-party payment methods is not permitted).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rss777 and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, disconnections or interruptions to internet connectivity.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, game outcome or betting result presented on the Platform.
• Any harm arising from the actions of third-party game studios or payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rss777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, rss777's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by rss777 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

rss777 collects personal information for the purposes of account operation, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support and platform improvement. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rss777 is registered and licensed, as determined by the operator.
